The Nesting Post, Allora

Your first stay is at the most lovingly renovated 1929 Queenslander cottage. This two-bedroom cottage is up the road from Allora and has dreamy interiors, luxury textiles, a fireplace, record player and library, with an alfresco dining area out the back. The Nesting Post is a deep breath in and a long slow exhale in your busy life.

New England, NSW

Wander the gardens, or go on a bushwalk to enjoy the surrounding nature. Fishing or sapphire fossicking in the creek are among the activities available, or simply relax by the fireplace.

Tattersalls Hotel, Armidale

We love the stunning and sophisticated art deco design of Tattersalls — the archways, rich colour scheme and geometric details. With an al a carte restaurant and a bar with an extensive wine list, this is a truly luxurious country hotel experience.

Hunter Valley, NSW

  • Visit Lake Glenbawn

  • Dine at Vines Restaurant at Hollydene Estate

The Barn Scone, Gundy

A thirty-minute drive off the highway will bring you to this striking home with amazing views of the surrounding horse stud, which you can enjoy from inside, the comfortable veranda or the pool. Watch the horses graze and enjoy the spectacular countryside.

Wallaringa Farm, Wallaringa

For another amazing farmstay experience, you'll want to stay at Wallaringa Farm, a 3-bedroom farmhouse located halfway between the towns of Dungog and Paterson. Outside, there's a wood-fired BBQ, covered deck, and large sunken firepit.
