Why the Upper Lachlan Region of NSW makes for the perfect road trip…

With international travel off the cards, finding (and booking) a regional getaway is becoming harder than scoring a front-row seat at this year’s Fashion Week. We have done the hard work for you. Cue, the Upper Lachlan region of NSW.

Not the kind of places you are likely to stumble upon by chance, the villages of Taralga & Laggan are as we like to say, off the beaten track. An easy podcast episode or two from both Sydney and Canberra, and not to far from Goulburn. With populations of less than 500, it may surprise you that these little villages have so much to offer.

A good road trip trip is all about the journey, not the destination, so spend your time soaking up the vibe of this unique region before rushing off to the next one. Enjoy your visit, and keep us posted #stayinthebush
