The Property:

The Cottage on Market is a charming and quaint cottage. Nestled in one of the main streets of Mudgee’s CBD, it’s a 3 minute walk to the Mudgee tourist bureau, cafes, pubs, boutiques and beautiful homeware shops.

One of Mudgee's classics, our cottage is 170 years old. The cottage has been meticulously restored and boasts original hardware floors, high ceilings and warm and cosy furnishings. It includes ducted air conditioning and two fireplaces. The added-on extension is complimentary to the front of the cottage, with a beautiful full kitchen and second living room and dining area.

There are 3 bedrooms with queen beds. The upstairs bedroom has two single beds, and the main bedroom has an an ensuite. The outdoor area features a BBQ, plunge pool and entertaining area. Guests have access to the whole house and outdoor area.

Mudgee is home to wonderful food and wine. Our local town treat guests like family. It’s warm, friendly and inviting.

What is your favourite thing to do at this property:

One of my favourite things to do is sit on the front verandah or back outdoor entertaining area with a glass of wine and a local cheese platter.

A visit to one of our wineries for lunch.
