In the heart of Narrabri, 1930s glamour meets modern luxuries at the Tourist Hotel, the Art Deco jewel of the north-west.

We offer a seasonal menu, classic cocktails, and an extensive wine list which can be enjoyed in our Ladies Lounge, front bar, booths or Beer Garden, as well as our Sports Bar. We also offer a range of event spaces.

Freshly renovated, our boutique rooms are not what you’d expect from a pub. With most rooms equipped with a mini bar and opening onto a common balcony, you’ll enjoy your sundowner with a birds-eye view of the centre of Narrabri.

About the community:
Narrabri is a thriving farming town in north-west New South Wales, around six hours drive from both Sydney and Brisbane. There are a range of shopping and dining options, as well as a cinema, and beautiful Mount Kaputar National Park on our doorstep.

Grab an icy cold margarita with friends and admire the antique bottle collection in the Ladies Lounge. Then order some dinner and cosy up with a bottle of red in the booths.

The owner’s favourite day trip nearby is:

Start the day with a coffee and sweet treat from Yield. Then swing by Relish to pick-up gourmet sandwiches and salads for lunch and head up to Mount Kaputar or Sawn Rocks for an easy bushwalk and a picnic. Head back to town, pop into Marval or Kinfolk Collective for a new party outfit, and then to the Tourist for cocktails and dinner.
