The property is conveniently located 30 mins from Scone via Gundy.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast, with all the comforts of home. After enjoying a delicious meal, settle down on the comfortable lounge, read a book in front of the fireplace, enjoy the views from every window, or relax with a movie on the Smart Tv.You can also dine outside, watch stars around the fire pit, or curl up on the outdoor lounge. Summer evenings can be spent by the pool, with lights illuminating the pool.This recently renovated stay offers a peaceful home away from home. With views overlooking the countryside, comfortable furnishings and modern conveniences, it offers the perfect backdrop for your rural retreat.

Outside you’ll find many spaces to relax and entertain. With a large open deck featuring a timber table setting and comfortable outdoor lounge and coffee table. BBQ and fire pit. The beautiful swimming pool offers hours of entertainment and fun, catching the sun til late in the afternoon during summer.

Inside, guests are welcomed into the home by an open plan kitchen and dining area that is welcoming and family friendly. You’ll find everything you’ll need to prepare meals for your family, including a 4 burner gas cooktop, wide French door fridge and freezer, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and all the essential pots and pans and utensils.

When its time to relax, head to the lounge room, offering views across the paddocks, the lounge is the perfect place to relax, read a book, or enjoy a movie on the Smart Tv. Log in to your streaming accounts and enjoy your favorite movie or Tv show. On cooler nights, there is a comfortable, cosy couch to curl up on in front of the fireplace with a book or play a board game with family and friends.

There are 3 tastefully decorated and comfortable bedrooms with ducted A/C and reverse cycle heating, all rooms are controlled to your personal liking. 2 bedrooms open up to their own verandahs with a view to the lush garden and the pool. There is something incredibly surreal about taking family and friends down to the river. Lighting a fire, having a bbq, a few drinks and losing yourselves in the sounds of a peaceful running river.

Driving through some spectacular countryside you won’t see many people but you will feel you have escaped.
