How did you come to offer accommodation in the Bush?

Owners of Deep Creek Bright, Tandi and Sam have called the Ovens Valley home for the past 13 years. They have raised their 5 children in Bright and have strong local community connections. Tandi was born in Cape Town and they met whilst travelling Europe. Sam was born and raised in nearby Beechworth and has spent the majority of his life in the North East of Victoria. 4 years ago Tandi and Sam decided to follow their dream and purchased the farm ‘Deep Creek’. The whole family fell in love with life on the land and the rejuvenating energies that are drawn from the nature of the location. Surrounded by domestic and farm animals and the spectacular views across the Ovens Valley to Alpine peaks, Tandi and Sam wanted to share these experiences with others and the dream of Deep Creek farm stay was born.
